This is my first time selling a digital good - a video course. As a newbie, it was super straightforward and intuitive to get set up with Sky Pilot. I had some issues getting the app set up properly. I contacted the Sky Pilot help team and everything got sorted out right away.

We actually reached out to you via email back in August after you left your initial 3-star review to offer help with the setup, but we didn’t hear back.
Our live chat button is working, and we’ve confirmed this on our end; support is available 24/7.
At the end of August, appointment slots were limited, which is why you couldn’t find availability. That said, you could have emailed us anytime — we would have happily made an exception and scheduled a call at a time that suited you.

I am extremely satisfied with the SkyPilot app! It works perfectly for selling digital products, and it makes everything simple and professional.

I have been using the free version of this app for a few months. It's quite easy to set up and does exactly what I was looking for. Recently, our customers let us know that they couldn't download our files on their Android phones, as the "download" button was not visible. I couldn't solve the problem myself, so I contacted support and they responded within a few minutes and solved the problem right away. I am very thankful for their help, despite me using the free version. Would recommend if you are a small business and looking to share files with customers!
