Very good customer service, at any time of day.
They were quick to help me with their app when I was changing themes in Shopify and make it functioning.
What makes this app stand out are three things:
1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question
2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc.
3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers

The support that comes with Sky Pilot is light years beyond other offerings. The app is great and fully functional, but to me, the help I received from Nitesh was worth GOLD. The team is extremely knowledgeable and fast acting. Very grateful for all of them! Thanks Sky Pilot!

SkyPilot is a solid piece of software that is intuitive and easy to use, and makes the digital download portion of our store seamless and worry free. I'm somewhat of a Shopify novice, and I find Sky Pilot very simple to use and they provide excellent support. Give it a try.

Sky Pilot was able to take what would be a grueling task of setting up digital products for our shop and made an easy integration for us to use. This is saving us precious time to spend on other projects as well as it provides our clients a way to upload their digital content sooner!
Additionally, Nejla was very helpful over call going over the vast features of Sky Pilot. Pointing to me also helpful documentation to also set up my products using Sky Pilot (which I used). Looking forward to working with Sky Pilot in the upcoming future.
