Why is there no way to customize the description in the downloadable library? My item has a lot of text and now it takes half the screen with no formatting that I cannot change. Customers don't need to read all that after purchasing

In that email, we mentioned that the product description is pulled directly from your Shopify product page, and there are a couple of ways to adjust it. My customers and I have benefitted greatly from the convenience of Sky Pilot's delivery system, and I would recommend it. I did recently run into a problem with the layout that caused some customers to be unable to click a download link, but when I chatted with Nitesh in customer service, he was able to resolve my issue in a few minutes by editing my CSS. Very happy with their service and the app overall.

App that fulfils the requirements for the sale of digital items very well. Linking the files is child's play. The dashboard is very informative. Customers have the option of receiving their files via a link button in a separate email from Sky Pilot or directly in the order confirmation from Shopify. The files are also available for download in the customer account at any time. Customer-specific customisations were implemented quickly and competently by Sky Pilot's support team. We can highly recommend the app!
