What makes this app stand out are three things:
1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question
2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc.
3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers

I would luv to give zero stars if I could. It's not as user friendly as they say. If you're not familiar with tech like me I definitely, definitely would not use the Sky Pilot app. Every time I reach out to customer service, I tell them I'm not tech savvy and they chat back or leave messages like I'm a tech support specialist..and they are very vague with their instructions. It's so frustrating because they give these hard to understand instructions and I have to reach out to them again and ask for easy to understand answers. Then some of the answers aren't correct and I'm sent on a wild goose chase to get the answers I need. When chatting with the reps it takes them so long to respond back with an answer to my question, 3 to 4 minutes. I asked one rep why it takes them so long..he said they are helping several people at once. I was on a chat for over
2 hours and my question still wasn't answered.
I am a patient and considerate person however
as a business owner dealing with Sky Pilot and Shopify, I've lost money and I'm sure clients as well. I'm not blaming the reps as much as I'm blaming the business..because the representatives are probably overwhelmed and overworked. I have had such bad experiences, and tears of frustration. It's been unbearable and unbelievable.

Without it, we’re unable to access your store to resolve the issues directly. Sky Pilot was able to take what would be a grueling task of setting up digital products for our shop and made an easy integration for us to use. This is saving us precious time to spend on other projects as well as it provides our clients a way to upload their digital content sooner!
Additionally, Nejla was very helpful over call going over the vast features of Sky Pilot. Pointing to me also helpful documentation to also set up my products using Sky Pilot (which I used). Looking forward to working with Sky Pilot in the upcoming future.
