I had some issues getting the app set up properly. I contacted the Sky Pilot help team and everything got sorted out right away.

Our live chat button is working, and we’ve confirmed this on our end; support is available 24/7.
At the end of August, appointment slots were limited, which is why you couldn’t find availability. That said, you could have emailed us anytime — we would have happily made an exception and scheduled a call at a time that suited you.
