SkyPilot is a solid piece of software that is intuitive and easy to use, and makes the digital download portion of our store seamless and worry free. Additionally, their support is top-tier (and available 24/7). When I have a question, they're helpful, kind, and excellent at what they do. Highly recommend.
My customers and I have benefitted greatly from the convenience of Sky Pilot's delivery system, and I would recommend it. I did recently run into a problem with the layout that caused some customers to be unable to click a download link, but when I chatted with Nitesh in customer service, he was able to resolve my issue in a few minutes by editing my CSS. Very happy with their service and the app overall.

Sky Pilot was instrumental for our site launch. We found a last minute display issue on the website and the Sky Pilot developer team stepped in and fixed the issue in few hours. Also the service works as you would expect, stable and reliable. For now it is a 5 star review.

I've been using Sky Pilot for almost a month now, it's a big upgrade from the default digital downloads from Shopify. The interface is nice and easy to navigate. The support is unmatched, they reply within minutes and always helpful and would do any neccessary adjustments to fit your theme.
