Design tool is the best I've seen & used as of now! Communication and support over at Skyou is awesome. When ever I ran onto an issue with the program the staff at Skyou responded super fast to resolve my problem and kept me informed the entire time. Great program great service. I'm happy.

This company is by far the worst experience I have had with order fulfillment times. I have been waiting close to four weeks for an order! All my other order times have been slow and customers are not happy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shopify should not offer them as an option to use.

I can't recommend them...at least not at this point. I was just told that I am looking at a TWO WEEK turnaround to get my customers their orders. I should have been made aware that they were moving factories and that there would be long delays BEFORE I placed my order. I should have been able to make that choice going in. Now I have to contact my customers and possibly refund a lot of money.

Additionally, for a business doing their type of numbers how can you justify not investing in 24/7 customer service...or at least quick customer service? Customer service is slow. 12 - 24 hours later type of slow.

At this point I'd have to say that I'm just not convinced SKYOU is a professional partner. You'd be taking a HUGE risk putting your business in their hands. I wish I had better things to say and if they turn it around at some point I'll update you guys but for now STAY FAR AWAY FROM SKYOU.

IMPRESSED... First off I have been searching for an on demand manufacturer for over 4 YEARS... yes YEARS.. no one does it. To my surprise and delight I found SKYOU. The design software is very sophisticated yet very simple to use! The prices are actually very reasonable considering they are made to order. They still don't manufacture the specific product I want, but hey it is a start! The technology used is impressive as well! I really can't find anything bad to say if I tried.

To say that I am stoked to have found and be using SKYOU app is an understatement! Prepare to be blown away. SKYOU is like finding the Golden Goose of POD companies, you can literally pump out custom branded stuff each time you use the app. Where do I start?The 3D mock-up rendering is so freaking crazy cool, I get excited each time I use it..no joke. Nobody other platform even comes close to how cool this thing is! Want to brand your products? Have something totally unique? This is it! You can customize each panel of a tee, hoodie, backpack, and more.

Plus they carry only the best fitting, stylish blanks and apparel designs not found anywhere else. These guys know what fashion is supposed to look like. 100% Cotton all over printing...Finally someone doing it right!

THE MOCKUPS ARE TOTALLY DOPE! Best I have seen to date, and man there's a lot out there...forget the rest, here's the best!

The support I have gotten from Ryan and Brennan has been top notch, quick to reply to my needs, killer documentation and super friendly.

It can only get better from here on out, and looking forward to all the new products coming each month. Thanks again from a now devoted fan and user.

They get two stars because I really like their design tool. You can really get into it and get a good view of what your product will look like and it looks good in your shop. It has so much potential but that's about the only good thing I can say about it. I had ordered some products to see how it would come out. I got some S/M socks. I have men's 8.5 size feet and they were too tight to even get on my feet. I had my wife try them. She has women's size 6 and asked me if they were compression socks because she also had a hard time getting them on and they were really tight on her. They're basically useless and I'll probably end up donating them to Goodwill. I also ordered a black sweatshirt with a design on the front and back. It turned out ok, but it looks faded because they print the black on white fabric. I had also designed it with black tread but they used white which doesn't look good at all. I'm taking down all my SKYOU items from my shop and deleting the app. I can't sell these to my customers. Hopefully the execution gets better for SKYOU in the future.

Update - I originally gave them two stars but now it's one. When I complained that they used white thread by mistake, their response was "We don't offer the option to select the thread color on the inside of the product". However their own tip in their designer says "Here you can select the thread color that will be used to sew your product." What !?!!

I had an issue with this app, and thought for a very long time about whether or not I should remove the negative review I left because of it. Ultimately it came down to this. I had a problem. The owner of Skyou personally resolved it. And I was touched by his sincerity and passion for his business. That's a rare chain of events when doing business, and for that, a positive rating is well deserved. Nothing more needs to be said.

I have been a Shopify client for over 5 years, and have tried many apps. I have never left an app review — until now. This app deserves it. It is by far one of the most well-designed, flawless, most professional apps I have ever used. It is obvious the team at SKYOU has invested some SERIOUS time (and financial resources) into developing this app. The app is beyond robust, and I am truly amazed at how powerful it is. But the app itself is not the only thing that's impressive.

The products are incredible. Extremely reasonably priced and of superb quality. It has caused me to cancel nearly all my relationships with other apparel and tech accessory vendors. I only use other vendors now for products SKYOU can't supply.

There is definitely a learning curve. But it is sooo worth it. When you activate the app, you are immediately subscribed to an email campaign that breaks down how to use the app and maximize it's potential. Unlike other marketing emails, this newsletter is packed with extremely useful information and links to very well-made, easy to follow, quick and simple YouTube video tutorials.

I am just at a complete loss for all the words to describe how good this is. I only wish I'd found this app sooner, and tip my hat to everyone at SKYOU that was responsible for putting this together. Thank you and great job!

Don't like the quality of clothes, sent pics but CS don't know what I'm saying...... Showed that the colors spilt the minute the leggings stretched, and that the sweater and hoodie materials are poor because it looks flat, feels unbreathable and really just uncomfortable. I'm accustomed to clothes from overseas, and my usual sizes in US and overseas isn't far off for me. Fits like I'm wearing children's clothing, and I'm sure I put it for women's. Still don't understand what I'm talking about. Disappointment. Uninstalled app. Waste of time and money.

The generator to put your designs on your products is extremly lagging and way too time consuming, if I add up the amount of time I would spend waiting because of how slow it is, I would have wasted at least 1 hr everyday doing nothing.

I cannot access the app anymore as it's telling me to create an account even though I have already.

Will be removing this.

Dont bother

I always look for the best prices so that I can offer better deals for my customers. But as a Canadian I cannot justify the cost of these products to my customers. I know of other POD services with much better rates.
However, the designing software and mockup are by far the best I have seen so far. Thank you
