I had some technical issues with a TikTok order duplicating in Shopify that were completely my fault. Frank was able to assist and was very patient and helpful in explaining what I had done incorrectly in setting things up. He sent helpful screen shots and guided me through what needed to be corrected and helped me to fix the issue. I am incredibly appreciative of such a great level of service!
Excellent support from Felix! I had an issue with TikTok Shop seller discounts not syncing properly to Shopify, causing refund alerts on 17 orders. After over 10 days with no response via email, I contacted live chat and Felix provided outstanding support.
He patiently re-imported all affected orders one by one, explained the process clearly, and resolved the issue completely. His professionalism and dedication to solving the problem were exceptional.
Highly recommend using the live chat feature for support - it's much faster and more effective than email. Thank you, Felix, for your excellent service!
My store was authorized then I received a message to update. When I clicked update there was a blank screen. The agent told me there was an issue with Tik Tok in the US. When reaching out to Tik Tok they reported no issue in the US. I have reached back out and Sara was able to get my store connected within a matter of minutes. She did a great job setting things up for me.

The customer service has been very good as I had the opportunity to have Arshia help me with an issue regarding tracking. She was very pleasant and patient with me troubleshooting and gave a resource to also assist. I am very happy with customer service and this application I highly recommend. Just make sure you delete TikTok in the sales channel before downloading TikTok SPL or you'll have duplicate orders created in your shopify from one TikTok order which was my mistake. LOL Overall very happy with this app and the great customer service made it even better!

I had been struggling for almost a week because my TikTok Shop wouldn’t connect, but an agent named Mehak was incredibly helpful. Worst experience ever, customer service is horrible, paid for the $150 monthly plan. The app has a lot of bug. when you reach out for customer service, it took over a MONTH for them to get back to you, and when they do, they dont answer you questions, they dont seem to know what they're' doing
