These guys are unbelievably good.
We needed a specific attribute from TTS to be copied over to the Shopify order, and the whole process was way above my expectations.
I was expecting to be directed to a "wish list" page, and wait for people to vote on that, as many other developers do, but instead, they accommodated this specific request within the hour.
As far as the app itself, it works without any issues too. What's key here, too, is that unlike the native connector from Shopify, it is not region-bound. That is a huge limitation of the native connector, especially in the US region.
This is the best app ever. They have excellent customer service and the app is user friendly making it seemless to add and remove products from my tiktok shop!

This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function!
But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.
We truly appreciate your feedback and wanted to reach out with an update. The issue with old TikTok orders syncing has now been fully resolved, and we’ve also made improvements to our customer support responsiveness.

Ich nutze TikTok SPL jetzt seit mehreren Monaten und bin rundum zufrieden. Die Verknüpfung mit meinem Shopify-Shop funktioniert einwandfrei und flüssig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den zuverlässigen Support: Bei Fragen oder Problemen wird extrem schnell reagiert – immer freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Es gab nie ernsthafte Schwierigkeiten, und kleine Dinge wurden sofort behoben. Ich kann TikTok SPL jedem empfehlen, der TikTok professionell mit Shopify verbinden möchte!

Had this installed for a while now and still no products showing on tik tok shop, support is really poor.
What really stands out is their customer support!
