Thank you for Urooj's prompt help. I was able to fix the issue with the sync between Shopify and Tiktok!

Currently our go to app to sync shop and tiktok. works great with the higher plans if you have bigger volume. chat support (David) was also very prompt in assisting enquiries and troubleshooting.

Frank was very helpful and patient as I'm not great with tech but he took me through step by step and fully resolved my issue.
