TikTok Shop‑Anschluss ‑ SPL

We’ve had a great experience with the SPL TikTok Shop app. The support was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Athar guided me through every step and made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the patience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I installed this app and had a few minor questions. I spoke with two support representatives, but unfortunately, neither of them had basic knowledge about Shopify. Because of this, I decided to uninstall the app. Overall, the app does not offer much more functionality than the standard TikTok app. Also is the price total expensive. For that what he offer.. if you send out in different markets you need to have more shop connections and they can only connect one shop per market.

I had some initial teething issues with integration with Shopify due to a degree of duplication with the main Tiktok app. I had a wait a little, but the team then engaged well to help me resolve the issues. The skus seem to be pulling through well into Tiktok Shop and we've successfully processed a handful of sales. I like the dashboard that's simple and easy to understand, albeit with a couple of small glitches that were rapidly resolved by the team.
We're effectively running this now in 'trial' mode while we pressure-test the system and start to advertise on Tiktok - holding back on the 5th star until we see that it all works seamlessly with a larger number of orders!

SPL app was the only solution that helped me successfully map the Products. I'm incredibly grateful for SPL! It worked perfectly when nothing else did. Special thanks to Athar for the excellent support—he was truly great to work with!

These guys are unbelievably good.

We needed a specific attribute from TTS to be copied over to the Shopify order, and the whole process was way above my expectations.

I was expecting to be directed to a "wish list" page, and wait for people to vote on that, as many other developers do, but instead, they accommodated this specific request within the hour.

As far as the app itself, it works without any issues too. What's key here, too, is that unlike the native connector from Shopify, it is not region-bound. That is a huge limitation of the native connector, especially in the US region.
