I only signed up for the free trial and uninstalled the app during the trial period because I decided not to continue using it. Despite that, I was still charged for a monthly subscription afterward. The subscription terms and cancellation process were not clear enough, and I did not expect to be billed. This was a very disappointing experience, as I ended up paying for a service I had already stopped using. I hope they improve the transparency of their subscription and billing process to prevent this from happening to other users.

I am sorry about the confusion with the charge after your trial. Charges started during a trial are billed by Shopify on its own cycle, which is why this one landed after you had already uninstalled.
