The app works great right after installation with a bunch of features to choose from. Even for developers they have some callback functions and methods which are easy to use.
The experience with support was also good, the responses were quick and helpful.
Overall a great app from great publisher.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, unlike any other app I've used. They also offer custom changes to the app at no additional cost if needed. Every store should use this app, even if they find it a bit pricey. The service, Shopify integration, and ease of use are priceless.

So far so good! Have added it to my new store, I'm not selling on that store yet but the service has been great so far! They came back to me multiple times with as much information as possible, helped in designing the cart drawer as I want it to be and even came with some tips. Let's hope now the conversion will skyrocket once I launce the adds!
