The customer support for this app is fantastic!! They answer questions quickly and effectively, and are willing to go above and beyond the standard app options to customize and get it right. We looked at four different apps for our cart upsell needs and found that Slide Cart was the best option not only because of functionality, but of how great the customer support team is. We have been able to get things up and moving super fast. Thank you!

This product, these folks! You won't find a more robust and attentive customer service. I'd say second to none out of all the other Shopify app support out there. Although I wish the product was a tad cheaper for folks just starting to sell because, well, we have no revenue yet and it bites into our pocket, it's a heck of a product. They will ensure the Slide Cart is working to your standards. I'd give 7 stars if there were.

I tested exactly 32 in cart upsell apps....Most were rejected because of the pricing model...The more orders you have the more they charge you....Slide is only one flat reasonable charge....The ability to stack upsells and the reward bar with the floating cart did it for me...Setup was super easy....I had issues with 27 of the 32 cart upsell apps......I waited weeks for responses from other apps...The best customer service was Slide...I received an immediate response...Christian not only told me what the issue was he logged in and fixed it for me!!...Talk about great support!....Not only that he customized the cart with a special feature I requested....All this within hours....Christian for president 2024!...I love this app and the only thing better than this app is the support!! A+++++++++++++++++++++

Have been using the app for at least a year now, and it's incredible! Does everything I need it to, and really promotes upsells in a clean way. Their development/support team is fantastic too. If you need something customized, they're on it! Had 5 changes I wanted to make, they got it done within the last 24 hours even with some back and forth revisions. Highly reccommend.

My experience with the Slide Cart Upsell app was fantastic. Two things really stood out: their great communication and the tailored custom code they provided for me to get everything out of the app that I needed.

Their support team was always there for me, responding quickly to my questions and concerns. They made me feel confident in using their app.

This is app works great.

And when I had an issue (slide cart wasn't working for products that didn't have options, but worked fine for products that had options), the AppHQ team were surprisingly quick to respond and fixed the problem completely!

The slide cart is great...it works, and it certainly seems like it's making a big difference in my AOV.

had some questions about buttons and variants. the button in the cart is a bit small, i still suggest to make it bigger , me and my friends have a hard time clicking it on the mobile phone. other than that everything works great/ support team got back fast and resolved my issue, thank you so much. detail responses too, cheers

I've tested many slide cart apps and I have to say this one is by far the best app I've used. (I'm using it in 7 stores!) It has a ton of dynamic features and we've really seen an increase in conversion after implementing the app. Customer service is top notch, hats off to the dedicated team especially Laura who always go above and beyond to help solve every single issues we experienced.

I can't wait for slide cart to release more features!

Been using SlideCart for a few months, and it's been a really great experience. Rarely have this kind of positive app experience. The product has helped our store's conversion with easy upsell . And more than anything, the support is great! They literally get back to you in minutes and are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
