I genuinely don’t understand how this app has such a high rating.

We installed it purely for testing, but we were unable to get in touch with support and ultimately forgot about the app. We didn’t use it at all. Several months later, we noticed that it had been taking $40 every single month from us despite the fact that we weren’t using the service.

When we contacted them and asked for a refund, they refused to refund the charges.

Charging customers month after month for a service they aren’t using and then refusing to refund them when the issue is raised is, in my opinion, extremely disappointing and feels completely unreasonable.

I'm extremely satisfied with this app. From the moment I started designing, everything was clearly laid out and easy to understand — and the variety of beautiful designs is a great bonus.

When I ran into an issue with the free gift in my cart, I reached out to support and they went completely above and beyond. The app founder personally got involved to help resolve the problem. With fast, clear and friendly communication they not only solved the issue but even set it up live for me themselves.

Truly exceptional service and a fantastic app. Highly recommended!

This app is very easy to use and when there is an issue you cannot solve on your own, the support team is right there to help you without a long wait. Mauro helped me update and figure out our free gift with purchase feature and things have been working well since the solution was confirmed. Thank you for the help!

Used Slide Cart's callback API to build a fully custom, animated tier-reward bar for a sale: three flip cards, live cart data, fully on-brand. Support (especially Anoop) worked through some tricky discount-calculation edge cases with us until everything ran smoothly. Great app if you want real customization, not just templates.

I had an issue with the Portuguese language translation in my shopping cart, and the AMP team was absolutely fantastic.

They took the time to understand the problem, worked on it carefully, and managed to fix everything perfectly. Their communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.

I have lots of Shopify app bloat (meaning there is a lot installed, draining my profits with very little benefit). I seriously considered uninstalling Amp Slide Cart when I needed to change some settings, but Cristian D.'s excellent customer service helped me find what settings I needed to adjust to keep me from deleting the app. This was after the Shopify AI couldn't find or help (no surprise there). Thanks, Cristian! A human doing business with humans - a novel and cherished concept.

Genuinely impressed with both the app and the support. We wanted a custom free-gift setup in the cart drawer, styled to match a specific reference, shown only on subscription purchases and locked so customers can't change it. It wasn't a standard config, but the team built exactly what we described and kept iterating on the finer design details until it was pixel-perfect on mobile too.

Special mention to Mauro, Cristian, Anoop and the team, who were fast, clear, and genuinely invested in getting it right rather than just closing the ticket. They even took a fresh copy of our live theme to make sure no recent changes were lost, and transferred the code cleanly so nothing else broke. That kind of care is rare.

The slide cart itself is fast, clean, and flexible, and the rewards and free-gift features do a lot out of the box. Highly recommended.

It'sa great app. It does encourage customers to purchase more products while they are shopping. It reminds them every step of the way the benefits of adding anotherc product to their carts.
