AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer

Fantastic app with top-notch customer service! I reached out via email for help with a few customisations, and I was impressed by the prompt and helpful response. Both the customer service and tech teams were incredibly supportive—they understood exactly what I needed and implemented the changes quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this app for both its functionality and the outstanding team behind it!

I tested multiple shopping cart apps but basically had bugs or didn't fit with my theme, I tried to install this app to do the testing and went live, I didn't realize that their customer service took the initiative to check my website and found the bugs and posted an article guiding me to make the changes. Unfortunately, my theme is not a commonly used theme and I couldn't find a place to modify the code, their technicians supported me very quickly and helped me solve the problem, very good service!

We’ve been using Slide Cart for both of our stores for a while now. Initially, we noticed that the Analytics feature wasn’t functioning consistently, so we reached out to their Support team. While we understand that delays can happen, especially during the holiday season, it was expected.. the support still answered me in timely manner.

On the positive side, the AMP | Slide Cart Drawer is incredibly user-friendly and easy to install. The design customization options are great, and the upsell product feature is a standout—it allows customers to easily browse and add recommended products to their cart, which has been helpful for increasing sales.

However, the Analytics provided within the app is a major letdown. The basic metrics offered are minimal and don’t provide any meaningful insights beyond what Shopify already offers. For example, there’s no way to track which upsell products were added to the cart, which products were most popular, or which items were actually checked out. This lack of detailed data makes it difficult to measure the effectiveness of the upsell feature or optimize our strategy. To make matters worse, Slide Cart requires users to download a separate app for advanced analytics, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient. Given that we’re on the Pro plan, we expected the analytics to be more robust and integrated. As it stands, the analytics feature feels misleading and adds little value to the overall package.

In summary, while Slide Cart excels in design and functionality, the analytics aspect is a significant drawback. If detailed insights are important to you, you might find yourself relying more on Shopify’s native analytics than on what Slide Cart provides.
