Extremely hard to connect and get started. We have tried several times and had to use another email to continue set up.

If you need assistance, you can open a support ticket by emailing support@eniture.com or by calling 404-369-0680 x2. There is an in-app link to the User Guide that is also available on our website (eniture.com). It is written for an 8th-grade readability score. If you make use of the User Guide, you should have no difficulty. If you have difficulty you can contact us for support and we will quickly resolve it. Regarding the comment about your email address... You should direct this complaint to your email provider.
