We had some hiccups getting the app to work, but after a conversation with Martin at tech support, he promised to fix it and.... HE DID FIX IT in just a few hours. Thanks to Mouse for their excellent support policy.....

Easy to setup with instant preview, quick support and works perfectly.
I somehow missed 'activate' button at first and was missing banner in the shop, but got quick reply from support - I just needed to activate it in online store > themes > customize > app embeds.
So easy to use and allows clickable buttons on header. Easy to customise and plenty of options which are not available on the standard Shopify headers.

You won't believe it, but I didn't need to contact support at all. I didn't encounter any issues from app installation to integration; it was all incredibly straightforward. I was in search of an app that could announce ongoing sale offers effectively, and I found many options on Shopify, but I chose this particular app because it's free. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the color scheme and customization options were also available for free. I worked with support for over 2 hrs and they couldn't fix their problems. I think they only have one customer support. Very frustrating. (Update)
I have revised my review because customer support has contacted me several times. I appreciate the repeated attempts to help me. I could not get the banner to work because I am not the principal listed on the website. However, I should have been told this before spending hours on the phone. I would suggest looking at your security procedures. In my case my partner lives 4 hrs away and cannot always be contacted immediately.

First of all i never met a support agent that reply in 2 minutes. Martin is really professional and available, also super friendly. We've worked on his announcement banner to improve it and what he did was awesome! The results came out in a couple of days as he promised. I really reccomend this app because i can suppose that more premium features will come out from this amazing guy :D
