We had some hiccups getting the app to work, but after a conversation with Martin at tech support, he promised to fix it and.... HE DID FIX IT in just a few hours. Thanks to Mouse for their excellent support policy.....

I worked with support for over 2 hrs and they couldn't fix their problems. I think they only have one customer support. Very frustrating. (Update)
I have revised my review because customer support has contacted me several times. I appreciate the repeated attempts to help me. I could not get the banner to work because I am not the principal listed on the website. However, I should have been told this before spending hours on the phone. I would suggest looking at your security procedures. In my case my partner lives 4 hrs away and cannot always be contacted immediately.

Despite our efforts to provide videos and instructions, we did not receive any feedback from you to determine the effectiveness of our proposed solutions. I somehow missed 'activate' button at first and was missing banner in the shop, but got quick reply from support - I just needed to activate it in online store > themes > customize > app embeds.
Goede banner app die precies doet waar hij voor bedoeld is. Service is snel en goed.
