Hi, thanks for the review and for reaching out! I've been working on new feature development the last few days and got distracted. Sorry about that!
(I sent the following via email but for anyone who's curious...)

Luckily that 400 status response is just a console warning from a Shopify API that was recently released, and wasn't causing any slowdowns or errors. The banner was still displaying, waiting for consent, and tracking acceptance.

Shopify just launched their Customer Privacy API at the start of the month, which is an API that lets our banner tell 3rd party apps when a user has consented to tracking. When the API left beta, Shopify changed the API behavior to render a 400 response if you interact with it when it's not necessary.

I just deployed an update to the banner, so now we only call the API endpoint when it's necessary. You won't see that console error anymore, and fortunately you don't need to change anything so we should be all set!
