A glowing component is their customer support. Wow! I'm still amazed by how thorough and engaging Julia was when she helped me via chat. She spent an hour with me and provided me suggestions on how to improve my website. She also provided clear, concise directions on how to make the improvements that she suggested. A very good application for optimizing site performance. I also want to draw the attention of site owners to the additional optimization parameters that are presented in the new "Site Audit" tab, I think this will be very useful for site developers, for example, even I have already found something that I can work on to further reduce the volume of pages when loading my site. Set and forget, that's what I like about this app. I can add images to my store and they are automatically scheduled by the app to run the image optimisation behind the scenes. Well laid out and easy to set up. Great Support. 5 Stars - keep up the great work!

Update: this app is still performing as expected. Totally automated, love how I can just upload an image and then walk away, knowing it will be optimised. It even sends an automated email letting me know when the process is finished. Best app.
