App does what it says - at better value than similar apps, and I have found the customer support and in particular Julia, to be extremely helpful

De-installed the app, but performance seemed to drop after it. Reinstalled
without charge and received help from customer support for an improvement that boosted load time. Julia rocks!

Great customer service. Will definitely optimize all your images without you needing to manually do so...big time saver! If you have a lot of products and a lot of high fidelity images, this app will reduce the file size for quicker load times and less customer friction leading to an increase in sales.
