We started using the product to optimize images. Very please we can get moving immediately on it and have access in real time to a skilled support person. Lots of other features to investigate as well.

Spoke with Julia for an issue with our banner (to be honest I still dont have a clue what it was, tech illiterate). Julia was able to fix the issue and raised our page significantly. That wasnt the most important thing to me though. The important thing was that she treated me like she knew me and didnt make me feel like an idiot for knowing nothing. I definitely will feel comfortable reaching out to support again for any issues because of this. I really appreciate this level of customer support.
