Julia fixed an issue with my meta title and description, as it was showing something completely different from what I had in our settings. Even Shopify couldn't give me an answer, and she fixed it immediately.

We just started using this App and are so happy we found TinyIMG! This is very easy to get started. They have a terrific website with support articles to learn from (I'm a beginner) and also a video channel too. However, the best part is the people! Simon contacted me after a few days and alerted me to an issue in my shop I didn't even know about. He diagnosed and fixed it within minutes. So helpful! Now that is customer service! Other Apps should take notice. Thank you TinyIMG!!

Amazing app and customer service is great, very helpful and super quick to respond. This app has saved us so much time with all the functions it has .. and has definitely sped up the site which was my main issue. The ability to optimize images and seo description works amazingly and now I have names of all the images and makes it so much easier to find on shopify. This app simplifies a lot of the processes for your site. I am a drag and drop kind of guy for the most part. I installed this and ran it and it revealed a lot of things to make my site better. It also tells you how to fix them with very little research. I had it installed for a few days and then I received an email from them saying they noticed a couple of issues with my site.( I had noticed them but did not know how to cure them.) Then they offered to fix them for me and did not charge me a dime! Their support is far and above. Just buy it! You will thank me later.

Used this app on 2 websites and its so good. The customer service is excellent, Julia today was helpful and took the time to guide me and exit my site to make it the most efficient it could be. Defo went the extra mile.
