The application as a whole is very ok, what makes the difference is the customer service that answered me in 3 minutes, Sunday at 21.20 (Germany) and answered all the questions I asked punctually, that's why I gave 5 stars.

Delighted by the support service. I wanted to check if the application was well installed. The answer was clear and direct. The support ask me what I was looking for to which I replied: Speed on Mobile and they went to check what was blocking my website speed. This is an extra mile that I did not request and it is really appreciated.
They found the reason behind the slowness of the website. Good job!

I am absolutely useless when it comes to SEO and meta data, I had no idea what to do or where to even look for it and your app has just told me exactly what’s wrong, how to fix it and what it should all look like to get results. This app is easy to install, it's intuitive, and it seems to work. I don't know much about SEO so the big thing for me is the TinyIMG customer service and support, which is fantastic! They are always happy to help. They proactively contacted me as a new user to check if I needed any help, and to give advice on getting the most value from the app. If the app is as good as the customer service, it's 100%.
