The app has been excellent so far! It is very user friendly and has definitely improved the speed of my site. The image optimization has saved me so much time. The customer service is wonderful too, they are super responsive and I love the live chat option.

Dealing with the team was easy for me, I needed some assistance making addition changes which may require an upgrade. Although this was provided for free by the Team which we greatly appreciated. Now we can make our required SEO changes without any additional charges!

I have loved using this tool and the customer service has been outstanding! Chris, in particular, has been so patient in walking me through a few things to get set up, but all the staff has helped at some point since I've been using it awhile. It's nice to have the pics resized and broken links taken care of so I can spend my time doing other things in the business. I definitely recommend this App!

I have just installed this app and need to tell you how incredible and knowledgeable their team are! I reached out as after I had optimized my images and those on a collection page wouldn't load. The team were instantly on the case and investigated, turnes out it was nothing to do with the app but an issue with my theme. Not only did they find this fault, they fixed it for me! Tiny SEO is the best SEO app which is in Shopify. it has everything you need for onpage SEO.

I experienced an issue with lazy loading applying to an image that was negatively impacting the largest contentful paint which was undesirable. I reached out to TinyIMG/Tiny SEO support and they were able to identify and address the issue quickly. Simon was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Very grateful for this plugin and their wonderful staff, would highly recommend it to others.
