Customer service is top notch and very helpful! This app seems to do everything! Even though the Shopify speed counter doesn't reflect the speed of the actual site, I have noticed a speed increase. All the features are great and easy to use!
This app is great for optimizing images i haven't had any problems. What I would only recommend is to optimize your product photos WHILE adding them to store, and then also use TinyIMG to speed up your store even more!
I must say that this app has been a god send. I have used many other free and paid SEO apps and nothing compares to this one, plus added bonuses of optimizing picture sizes and making my website faster

I haven't given 5 stars (yet) as I am waiting on some changes I have made at the suggestion of the customer care team to have an impact. However, I will say the team answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with alot of knowledge - which I cannot fault.

The reason the merchant was charged because they picked the “Pay as you go” plan and went over the limit. We understand that these things happen and a lot of people skim through the plan terms. So we reached out to the merchant to explain the charges and offer a full refund.
We contacted them in 10 minutes after they left the review, but got 0 response. We tried email, Facebook, WhatsApp, telegram, but could not get a hold of them.
I hope nothing happened to the merchant and they are safe. We are still looking forward from hearing from them to proceed with the refund.
