Being new to SEO, I was getting stuck using the app, even though it is very user friendly. But as soon as I contacted the TinyIMG support team, Chris was fantastic! . . . explaining what I was doing wrong, He went way beyond expectations to help; then looked at other areas of my site and made great recommendations. Now I understand the app, and it is a must-have in my opinion, compared to the other SEO apps I considered. I am on the yearly plan - for only $96 plus usage, it is a great deal, compared to the prices of other SEO apps. Then the icing on the cake is the support I got from Chris - he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really interested in helping. Don't hesitate - get the yearly plan of TinyIMG. This is THE Best app

I can't say this actually fixed my problem, but it does help fix a lot of the problems fairly easy. Such as adding Alt="names" to all the images, fixing the broken links, resizing images, lazy-loading (although I believe Shopify kind of already has lazy loading rendered into the images), and more features.

As it stands, my page speed hasn't really increased, maybe marginally, but it still removed a lot of the headaches. I give this 5 stars mostly because the customer support was very helpful.
