Auto optimization worked well! Manual optimization was hinky for me here & there, seemingly due to my internet but all good in the end. After both optimizations all done, site speed much better, whew, it needed it!! I conversed with Julia quite a bit & she was very responsive, helpful (as I think customer service should be, yet not what most businesses deliver.) Added bonus is all their extra information plus reference to another site I found extremely helpful for speed scoring my site, detailed information about my score & seeing my speed score go up each time I did something, including adding the manually optimized photos, which helped me understand exactly how far / time investment I needed to go with that! Julia even offered to take down the app pop up which was making me crazy, yep! Review worthy alone!! Thanks for everything!!
