TinyIMG: SEO image & Speed

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience with the Tiny:SEO Image Optimizer & Speed app. In a nutshell, it's been a game-changer for my online store, and I wholeheartedly give it a 5/5 star rating.

The app is great but the support is AMAZING. thankyou Julia for your help in swiftly (and patiently!) helping us through how to imprive the speed and layout of our site. The reults were immediate and we look forward to working with Tiny going forward to make sure our site is as good as it can be. Excellent.

just started, making life easy so far so i can focus on other aspects of my shop. Best part about it is so far the upgrade recommended was only a minor increase in package.

I've only been using it a little while; it's easy to use and works. When I had a few questions the customer service was outstanding. So good to have a team that cares about your overall store performance.

I love it, very easy to use and great customer service for random queries. Its fairly plug and play so you don't need to be a tech expert to start getting results which is great . As a start up , I need to maximise my output so always excited about apps and products that work and let me get on with the rest of it:)

So far so good. ALt-Text was modified, we saved over 200MB by compressing our files, the Broken Links tool is awesome. UPDATE: We have been using the App for more than 4 years and we are very satisfied with the customer support. Special thanks to Chris.

I like this app very much.

I was a bit hesitant to pay for it, so I started with the free plan, did some image resizing, etc. After a while I started appreciated the fact that the app gives warning on risks of certain decisions. It also has an in-depth faq part, that helps me to understand what is optimized and how, I prefer this approach.

It gives me the feeling I am not fooled, and I have a chance to understand what is going on. On the contrast, I tried ADAVA too, and that immediately started to bombard me with "exclusive deals, expiring soon", and the type of approach that "press this button and you will be happy!". It looked to me a lot of marketing and smokescreen. Maybe there is a good functionality there too, but the presentation repulsed me, so went back to this app (3 times, before decided to for the 2 year subscription - which is a very good deal considering how bloated app prices are)

Support is really great too. Not just "we answer fast" great (that is, too), but the help they give is really insightful, they check your page and tells you, if I need a functionality or not, they not just push blindly. For instance I was conflicted about lazy loading, and they flat-out told me I do not need to activate that, as my theme already supports that (though the theme itself doesnot tell this). Gave me the impression, that they do have a kinda unbiased and matter-of-factly attitude.
