As you picked the 9.99 plan, not the free plan, you were charged accordingly. Here is the proof: https://prnt.sc/aoQs-K39udX2 (This is a screenshot from our Shopify partners dashboard).
The merchant has to approve the plan through Shopify billing window and then Shopify charges you from their end based on the plan you pick.
I replied to you on email to resolve this issue. And I'm willing to refund you out of good will.
Update:
We refunded everything we could through our Shopify partners dashboard and reached out to Shopify to cancel the subscription so the merchant is not charged again and to refund the charges we cannot refund due to Shopify limitations. The refunds will be processed in 3-4 business days.
Super easy to compress and enhance speed site while enhancing SEO. So happy I landed on this app that was recommended by Shopify. The only drawback for a large inventory shop like mine that relies on a ton of images is that their largest package is 3000 images a year and after that there's a $0.10 charge per image.
I use this app to reduce image sizes. It really works very well and I also use the other features as well (site audit, script control). My speed is definitely much higher and the customer service is very fast and helpful!

Really good app - saved me hours of work and the support is quite exceptional! Definitely recommended. I will have to see how the ranking improves with the images optimizations and all the alt text and filenames.
