"Julia went above and beyond tonight. I came into this chat frustrated and ready to quit after months of hitting wall after wall trying to fix my store's SEO. She quickly identified the root cause of an issue that had been plaguing me for months — my theme was automatically appending my store name to every meta title, making them all too long. She fixed it, added bonus AI credits, cleaned up my schema, walked me through activating IndexNow, LLMs.txt, and the HTML Sitemap, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I received absolutely excellent support from Efrain. He was patient, professional and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He guided me step by step through the setup of the HTML sitemap, JSON-LD and shipping information, while also checking my current configuration for possible issues.
What impressed me most was that Efrain did not just give short standard answers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure the setup was working correctly. He also noticed potential duplicated structured data that I would never have found myself.

I've been using TinySEO for over a year and it has been a great experience. The app offers a wide range of SEO features that have genuinely helped improve my store. The image compression works quickly and efficiently, which I use regularly. The support team, especially Martin, has been very helpful and responsive.

The app is very useful for identifying SEO improvements in our Shopify store, especially when working with product pages, meta titles, descriptions, and image optimization. What we appreciated most was the speed and clarity of the support team.

TinyIMG is such a powerful image optimization tool, it compresses product photos perfectly without sacrificing any image clarity.
What impresses me most is their incredible customer support. I accidentally messed up all meta descriptions in bulk and reached out for help. Their team quickly stepped in and manually restored all the original meta content for me right away. What’s more, they even proactively found hidden rich text formatting issues I hadn’t noticed themselves, then contacted me on their own initiative to fix all those problems manually.
The support team is responsive, responsible and far more attentive than I expected. They go out of their way to solve unexpected issues for merchants. I’m totally satisfied with both the tool and their thoughtful service, and I would absolutely recommend TinyIMG to every online store owner.
I uninstall 3 months ago this app, an I still pay for this, even Is not installed in store, I speak with somebody from TinySeo , told me is solved, but I still pay ...for nothing !

The app is not bad, is ok, but this is not ok !
We attempted to reach the merchant but were unable to get in touch with them. We hope everything is well on their end.
After reviewing the store's billing history, I confirmed that the merchant was charged three times for the following billing periods: February 21–March 23, March 23–April 22 and April 22–May 22.
The app was uninstalled on May 3, at which point all future billing was automatically cancelled. However, because the merchant had already entered the third billing cycle before uninstalling, Shopify processed the final charge and included it on a later invoice, which is standard Shopify billing behavior.
Once the merchant contacted us on May 22, we immediately issued a full refund of $14 for the pending charge in the form of Shopify credit. Shopify also sent the merchant an email confirming the refund.
We followed the correct process at every stage, so it is really sad to see a review that does not reflect what occurred. I hope we will be able to connect with the merchant and sort this out!
Good app and very helpful support. They helped us clean up duplicate JSON-LD/schema issues in our Shopify store and confirmed the setup with Google Rich Results Test. Thank you!
