We spoke with the merchant and learned that their review was related to us not being able to reduce their image sizes by much.

After further discussion, we found out they had already optimized their images with another app, so the files were already close to the perfect size.

At TinySEO, our priority is to protect image quality. We reduce file sizes as much as possible without compromising how your images look.

We attempted to contact the merchant to resolve the matter but unfortunately did not receive a response.

The merchant selected our Advanced plan, using only two features - optimizing 5 images and enabling asset preloading - while there are many other valuable features they could take advantage of.

For these two features alone, they could have opted for the yearly plan or even the free plan (without asset preloading) and saved significantly compared to the Advanced plan.

We understand that billing is a sensitive issue for everyone. Therefore, despite not receiving a response, we issued a refund for 3 months and offered a custom plan tailored to their needs (if they see our email).
