Rating 5 stars because even though it seemed to not work with some products that regenerate images for personalization purposes (e.g. ShineOn) the support was ever so kind and fast to respond. I decided to cancel and roll-back any optimizations made. I do hope that there might be a way to only optimize images based on type (store, collection, vendor, product grouping etc) rather than all or nothing. I may look at this again in future.

I experienced an issue with lazy loading applying to an image that was negatively impacting the largest contentful paint which was undesirable. I reached out to TinyIMG/Tiny SEO support and they were able to identify and address the issue quickly. Simon was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
