Tiny SEO has been a game changer, it sits there doing its job, correcting some issues such as 404x, its allowed us to simplify & optimise our store with minimal effort, We don't use an agency for anything on the site, along with a number of other apps we have got our DA to 54 after only a few years.

I can talk about their incredible technology that saves hours and hours.
I can talk about their first-rate speedups with images and codes.
I can talk about the endless possibilities they offer in one app.

But the most important thing I find truly remarkable is their service and ability to help and trace down problems caused even by other apps.

Don't get me wrong. You will probably have little need of support as their App is just that good. But recently, I needed some help with resources. Julia was on top of it right away and pinpointed the problems in a few minutes with screenshots.

This app is a MUST HAVE. Simple as all that.

Great app, great features.

This should be a 4 stars review for my own experience, but no one will go that deep to face my problems with them, so I don't want to hit their good reputation.

First level of support is great, second level is terrible.
I had 2 cases when problems could be solved but they lack transparency and willingness.
In one case maybe they lack the technical knowledge but because their approach, I couldn't move forward with them to explain them how to fix it.
In another case, they were pretty opaque and unwilling to adapt. Meaning their code was missing pieces but I couldn't amend it, since it's injected.
At the end of the day, from everything they were offering I ended up using just the automated alt text for images and meta descriptions but even that piece didn't work as expected (problems with collections)

I appreciate how this app improves my speed, helps with SEO, and serves re-directs automatically. Recently, I hopped on to use the new minifier and the customer service was top-notch. Not only did they get me started quickly, they were able to help me troubleshoot some other errors on the site.

The feature I use the most is the image optimizer which has helped my page run smoothly. I found the price to be reasonable for all of the different services it provides.

I had a question involving image size and quality for our homepage, and Simon was able to provide a solution as to why some images were more pixelated than the others. This was my second time reaching out to a support agent for help, and I am very pleased with the timely responses. As a result, I would definitely recommend using this app to others!
