I just started using this app - First there was errors that I cut not seem to fix on my own. But with a few mins of support, all was good - And they even went out of there ways, to fix other issues and gave me tips over all. So I can only say that I am happy with the app and there support. The customer servce advisor/expert Julia, helped our website fix an issue. With us being new to theme settings, code writing, lazy loading etc, we didn't know exactly what we was doing. Spoke with Julia for an issue with our banner (to be honest I still dont have a clue what it was, tech illiterate). Julia was able to fix the issue and raised our page significantly. That wasnt the most important thing to me though. The important thing was that she treated me like she knew me and didnt make me feel like an idiot for knowing nothing. I definitely will feel comfortable reaching out to support again for any issues because of this. I really appreciate this level of customer support.

I have only used the free trial though, but it served its purposed and I'm grateful I could use the tools for free, and the effects will last (I think).

I just hope nothing happens that it automatically reviews the quality of my images and I have to pay. But I think it's safe to say it won't and the app is pretty cool!
