Free plan is helping to reduce image size for improving page speed. Its working well by reducing image size without reducing quality.

The app is great, even in the free version, and everything is "done for you".

They are also very quick to help with support requests.

It’s amazing. I am absolutely useless when it comes to SEO and meta data, I had no idea what to do or where to even look for it and your app has just told me exactly what’s wrong, how to fix it and what it should all look like to get results. I’ve just so far fixed all my SEO and starting to work on meta data, so hopefully now my website will be found and products will start to sell.

It's not only that you install the app. It's a team that helps you with SEO, images and page speed. I didn't have to hire a Shopify Expert because of the help that comes with a fairly cheap subscription. Worth your money.
