Today (after a couple days of speaking with the company) I started a custom package to complete my sites images of over 10,000. They were first class in communication as well as giving me a GREAT deal to do all my images. On top of that when you pay for the app you get access to a tip for adding one line of code that will improve your site speed. We added into ours and It was improved by .6 seconds. I read a comment that says they were charged $500 when my whole package of 10,393 images was less than $100 so I suggest speaking with the company who were great with me. Sorry for the rant but they are 5 star!!! Thanks

The merchant that wrote the previous review was not charged, they just seen the 500 cap which we decreased to 100 now!

I would like to add to the merchants review.
They had another app that optimizes image filenames. So when our app optimized the images (filenames too), the other app re-optimized the filenames and our app thought that they were new images.
For other merchants, I would recommend sticking with one app at a time as this will happen with all image optimization apps.
App is simply amazing. Service is timely and professional. Easy to set up. Improved speed score directly from app and then once again from personalized tips from the helpful customer service rep (Julia). This app improved my speed score so much, it reduced my electricity bill. 5⭐

Fantastic Company !!!! The customer service advisor Julia was so helpful with all of my questions. And i had a lot of them.. Julia was very Knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my loading times with my website, and offered more additional advice on which routes i should address to achieve my desired results. i would definitely recommend this app!
There was a slight error in contacting the support team. But then I received great support, they even exceeded my expectations. Any website that doesn't have this application, install it now and you will not have to worry about using this service, you will have more time to spend on other tasks such as product research and sales.

I normally don't rate an app right away, I give it some time. This customer service is amazing, it is like they are just waiting for you to ask a question, like who can do that! lol I will update my review about the actual app once I use it more. So far this is great.
Their service was very good and helped me solve the problem that my original pictures were not the same size. Many thanks to Eli for his help, which solved a very headache for me
