Tiny IMG is a brilliant App and the support team are literally always quick to reply to any questions, issues you may have. They even provide SEO advice over and above what the App can do for you!

Being new to SEO, I was getting stuck using the app, even though it is very user friendly. But as soon as I contacted the TinyIMG support team, Chris was fantastic! . . . explaining what I was doing wrong, He went way beyond expectations to help; then looked at other areas of my site and made great recommendations. Now I understand the app, and it is a must-have in my opinion, compared to the other SEO apps I considered. I am on the yearly plan - for only $96 plus usage, it is a great deal, compared to the prices of other SEO apps. Then the icing on the cake is the support I got from Chris - he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really interested in helping. Don't hesitate - get the yearly plan of TinyIMG. Perhaps the most important app you use to optimize everything. My experience is only positive. And customer service answers absolutely every question you might have. Mostly response time of just a few minutes, then they are always ready with your website and explain. I think it's so good that they don't give general information on questions, but questions that only apply to your website.
