The app is easy to use and isn't very expensive, which is a plus in my book. Also, after prolonged use, I ran into an issue, and their customer support quickly resolved my problem. I am happy with this app.

I am new to SEO, especially for Shopify, but I learn fast.

This seems to be a great app based on my quick test, but I am primarily writing this review for the FANTASTIC customer service I received from them this morning.

Eli was at first, extremely helpful and patient with me about some sort of glitch that my system or Shopify site was having. She gave me instructions on how to get TinySEO installed and authorized properly and (after the many attempts I had made) got it all sorted out in a jiffy!

Then she offered to assist me with an issue completely unrelated to TinySEO or mere customer service, I gave her collaborator access, and she went into my account and fixed the other issue in minutes, without me even being aware of the issue, thus entirely of her own volition! We then proceeded to have a very illuminating conversation.

Like no customer care interaction I have ever had before!

If this is what to expect from them in the customer service department then we can have great expectations from their app development!

I moved to this app mainly because of the reasonable price. I was helped by Chris when i had a issue with one feature. He did not stop with helping me with one feature but also with other issues which i wasn't even aware of. Very knowledgeable and patient because i was serving customers and he still waited. App is easy to use so far and will wait to reap its rewards soon. Thank you

It allowed us to easily resolve tasks that used to consume a tremendous amount of time, enabling us to focus more on other tasks. We sincerely want to express our gratitude to Tiny. While there are many good companies and apps in India and Vietnam, the fact that Tiny’s company is based in the UK in Europe was the biggest reason for our choice. If you need an optimization app, we confidently recommend trying Tiny at least once. We are sure you will be satisfied.

The team were great in answering my questions and I've found the app very easy to use. Saved a lot of time by using the metadata editor.

Been using Tiny for over a year now, very happy with it a support is also good when needed.

The app saved a ton of space on my website through optimizing our images (we have tons) and they even have a team of SEO experts to help fine tune everything.
