When I started optimizing images on my site I noticed some products images disappeared, however I contacted their support team and they promptly found the issue which turned out to be Shopify's API. they were able to resume upload of the missing images and even helped me to make sure the images were displaying at the best resolution possible. Great support team and great app!

I have started using this app to increase my SEO and the speed of my site and so far I am happy with their service and the way the employees are available to help/advice you on how to improve your website. Great app for Image optimization! Julia was very helpful and the app setup was really easy! It took me a few minutes to set up and the optimization was completed in a few minutes also! I can already see that my site is faster and SEO increased!
