The reason that png images were converted to jpg is because in set up wizard the option was selected to convert. But we resolved the issue for you instantly as we saw your email.

Tiny SEO is a great app! Support Service was great! Simon was great and walk me through everything that I needed to do or had questions. App is pretty easy to use.

Correct. Excellent customer service
We refunded the merchant without questions when they reached out to us, but after 24h+ this review was published.
We were able to contact the merchant and they said that they deleted the review. But for the 2nd day in the row (different merchants) - the review failed to delete.
We asked them to try other device as it seems to be an ongoing issue on Shopify (which we already reported), but we got disconnected from their customer support conversation.
I recommend this app for it seamless setup and makes it easy for integration at every level
