Perhaps the most important app you use to optimize everything. My experience is only positive. And customer service answers absolutely every question you might have. Mostly response time of just a few minutes, then they are always ready with your website and explain. I think it's so good that they don't give general information on questions, but questions that only apply to your website.
Even beginners can easily perform SEO if they follow the steps.
I think it is very reasonable considering the effort to do it yourself.

Straight forward and easy to use tools that covers all SEO-aspects that needs bulking. When I had a question and contacted their support they responded instantly and answered my question and also gave me some other helpful tips.

Initially had issues, but the team reached out and provided excellent support.
I want to clarify that It's technically not possible for TinyIMG to slow down a store. What was done on "Mini materials" store - images optimized concluding to 250mb in reductions for 400+ images and asset preloading activation which made the store browsing a lot faster and smoother. We tested the store with and without this feature and the difference is really noticeable.
The Shopify score that is mentioned was re-calculated after our app install (as cache is cleared on the store on "big events" like this) and the actual performance score was shown.
When we investigated the merchants performance score we found the usual suspects: theme adding lazy loading in the incorrect places (which our support suggested to fix and It's mentioned in the review) and large scripts from the theme or apps. None of these can be fixed automatically, but we offered to help the store from our own developers.
The issues we found:
1. Lazy loading on the largest contentful paint added by the theme incorrectly.
2. Two slow apps which one can load faster scripts and one should be replaced.
3. Heavy scripts from the theme and Shopify being loaded on the store.
Our app did a great job on increasing the actual store speed, but the performance score (which does not calculate speed and Is just google page speed insights practices to follow) was not affected due to these simple issues which we offered to fix.
I hope the "Mini materials" store owner responds to us and we help them improve the performance score, not just the speed.
