I wish there was a way to add on more stars. Julia and Simon were outstanding representatives of the company. I never had to wait long to hear back, especially when it was urgent. This is the SEO all-in-one you want for your store. Take the time to talk to them and really figure out what plan works for you. They will never stop until you are happy and I cannot express how amazed I am. They set the bar. I really have high expectations with other apps now, you'll notice how other places are not even close to the same service they provide. My website is faster, cleaner, and if I ever have any hiccups, I know I have a real support team. TinyIMG for the WIN!

Edit: I am editing this to add that the below response is not at all similar to what I experienced. My images were way oversized when I first started and TinyIMG was the only SEO app to fix the whole issue, not just resizing an image.

*Tiny img* is the most helpful and comprehensive app I have used on Shopify. I recommend it unreservedly to anyone building their own site as the app literally educates you very straightforwardly on all of the different ways you can optimise your site from the ground up. I also would recommend the app to anyone who already has a Shopify site, and wants to ensure that the site remains at optimal performance.The tools that the app provides (image alt optimisation, SEO metatag help, etc) are incredibly helpful and the ease of use of the app really takes the pressure off us non-developers.

They extremely helpful, and provide personal attention when you need help. Julie from their team spent time really making sure I understood certain things and offered additional tips for me to look into. You can start a chat anytime, message about any question, and get positive, comprehensive and HELPFUL feedback very quickly.

Truly, a fantastic app with fantastic customer support!

As someone new to everything about ecommerce, and I mean everything, this app has provided some great insights on changes I need to make to something as basic as SEO to having the tools the app provides to optimize other areas that are lightyears beyond my skillset. It may have Tiny in the name but what it does is far from it so take the time to understand each optimization it gives you. Best of all, it's not just some app sitting in the ether that you need to figure out yourself, the people behind the app are a big part of what it's so great. The help the provide is invaluable. Can't recommend the app enough.

This app has saved me a ton of time, made my website run better and more effective, and ultimately helped to increase sales. That's on just the free plan, so if I could add more stars, I would!

The Alt-Text optimization is really quick and easy. I love the way it creates a report and lets you go through and fix. It took me seconds to fix around 30 products in the most recent batch.

I've used the JSON-LD as well, that was easy.

There's probably more that it does and I'll definitely be keeping this around and looking to expand what it does to help make my business better.

We normally wait to provide feedback on a new app, once we have completed everything the app states it can produce. However after only 12 hours this app is even more than I had expected.

My SEO's, ALT Tags, Page Image Optimization, Lazy Load etc have been a breeze with the push of a button, and have currently saved me 203 hours of tedious manpower. My store speed went from 5 sec to 1.95 secs within hours and we can now fly through our pages when searching our store and products.

In addition the Customer Service is WOW FACTOR!. Julia is amazing, efficient and super friendly. With a click on the chat button there she was with answers, solutions, suggestions and feedback at 1:15am EST. My theme had embedded code somewhere that was restricting some changes I wanted, and within a minute Julia was in the store, fixed the coding and I carried on as planned. Super fast fix, no wait time at all - AMAZING!

Have a few more details to go through and familiarize myself with, in addition to some more questions for the support team, but currently I ask myself "why is everyone not using this app - its brilliant" and does everything it says it will do with ease.
