If you care about the SEO score of your store, I would not recommend using that app. Whether due to the app being coded poorly or if the support is simply unable or doesn't want to help, the fact is that the script they use to load the menu is too big, they said they can't fix it, improve the size or optimize it any further and you just have to accept that your store will have a bad score to use a mega menu, which seems like a ridiculous trade-off.
