I'm taking away one star because I was not able to easily install and set up the app myself. Other than that, the support is great and it works well on our website. It's really great that our customers can see items without having to click through to different pages.

Great app with some limitations, but great overall. If you fiddle a bit around you can actually build interesting menus. Staff is very happy to help you :)

A little harder to set up than I would have liked (required editing site code) but far more customizations than my previous menu app and now works well.

After Qikify customized my app for mobile, I found that the menu expanded and froze on landscape mode. It works fine on portrait.

I contacted support asking them to fix their mistake in landscape and Duke eventually took on the project and after some back and forth my issue was resolved.

There are some bugs depending on your theme, but I think that their customer support is willing to cooperate ...

Like all apps, some of the language/terminology could be clearer but on the whole I was pretty happy with it. The support was excellent and helped me overcome a couple of glitches.
