I had an issue with a font changing but the response was quick and the guidance to fix the issue was good. The app is really easy to use and has made a big difference to how I can display the menus.

Just started using the app and so far so good.
Setup worked right from the start unlike some other apps we tried first.
We required a specific layout with options for image below the menu entry which we were able to achieve with the app, we also had a few custom css changes we needed as well which the support team were able to help with.
support was easy to contact and very helpful.

I needed help because i had a theme that wouldn't load the qikify menu, i asked for help and they did help within 15 minutes ! everything was very fast and they also explain how they changed it.

This app is riddled with bugs, and the submenu controls aren’t just half-baked — they’re a complete nightmare to configure and maintain.

Support is even worse. Their “live chat” is basically dead. On the rare occasion someone shows up, you’ll get a generic “please wait” message and then they vanish for hours. The chat tool inside the admin is so buggy it’s sometimes unusable — you can’t even type properly. I literally demonstrated the issue to them, they were shocked by how broken the experience was, and months later nothing has changed.

Overall: unstable product, painful setup, and support that feels nonexistent. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time.
