The app has a lot of potential and the mega menu itself looks good when it’s working, but the experience has been disappointing.
I’m dealing with multiple technical issues across desktop and mobile, including Safari compatibility problems, menu flickering on initial page load, disappearing menus while scrolling, and limited mobile menu behavior. I reported all of these in detail, but after more than 12 hours there hasn’t even been a simple acknowledgment or response from support team.
No matter how good the features are, customer support is the most important part of any app. Technical issues happen, but leaving customers without any response is frustrating, especially when the app is critical to the storefront navigation.
I hope the support team improves their response time because the product has potential, but right now the lack of communication makes it difficult to recommend.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. The gap in our response was due to our working hours combined with the time zone difference. While that explains the delay, it certainly doesn't change the experience you had, and we understand why it was disappointing.

Not enough hand holding for beginners. When you install the app it's got a ton of preinstalled crap with no explanation of anything, and you have to figure it all out yourself. Otherwise it seems great
overly expensive, Fairly easy to use but the cost really does outweigh the benefits looks good on a desktop but not at all on mobile a bit of a letdown.

At first, the app promised an easy transfer of my existing menu – but after installation, I found out there’s no way to import it automatically and I had to rebuild everything from scratch. I spent a lot of time setting it up, only to realize the final result didn’t meet my expectations. The menu does not look like the one shown in the preview images – there’s no option to make it permanently visible (as shown in the app screenshots). Overall, very disappointing and a waste of time. Not recommended if you're expecting a fixed, static layout like the demo suggests.
