Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Love the app. The customisations available. The app is great for non technical people.

I had an issue recently with font implementation and i was trying to navigate some implementations that a previous developer had done on the theme i was working on

This is my 2nd site using Qikify. I had an issue getting the mobile menu to show (definitely me) and support found the issue and fixed the code.

Bonne appli qui permet de réaliser des menus assez personnalisables dès la version gratuite, le premier plan payant offre des fonctions supplémentaires déjà très agréables comme l'animation de l'ouverture des menus, pour un coût assez faible. Et mention spéciale à l'assistance, hyper disponible, réactive et efficace, ce qui est un réel atout pour cette appli. Merci Miley !

UPDATE 1/16/26: Best customer service EVER. There are many apps, but only one with this level of chat support. As long as they have Rita, who might just be an IT angel, we will be a customer.

11/10/25: Just got set up and I did need a little help from chat support. However, Rita is a gem and she got our site squared away quickly.

I changed themes for my store and had trouble reconnecting the mega menu to the new theme. Arian assisted me within minutes and had the menu populated to the new theme and working wonderfully! Absolutely excellent customer service!!

As a complete beginner to website building, I wanted to design a beautiful super menu. This software has many free templates, which met most of my needs. I encountered a small problem when embedding it, but the technical staff responded very quickly and resolved my issue promptly. It was a great experience! I highly recommend it.
