The Smart Sends module to make it easy to handle all your shipping directly from the Shopify webshop - without changing between systems.

Setup carriers PostNord, GLS, DAO365 or Bring and let your customers choose their preferred delivery method to a selected pickup point or delivered home. The Smart Send shipping app can calculate the correct shipping price for each order based on receiver address, weight or subtotal. With Smart Send you can incorporate everything directly into your webshop system and print labels directly from the order view without changing the system.

Printing shipping labels

Smart Send allows you to print your shipping labels directly your e-commerce s without changing to tabs, windows or to another system. When you have fulfilled your order, either fully or partially, you can complete it by selecting Generate label under and orders actions.

Shipping methods

You can easily configure your shipping methods from the Smart Send app settings. Smart Send is using the standard shipping settings from the Shopify settings menu, where you can define shipping zones, rates, and weight settings. In the Smart Send app, you can then map the shipping methods to whichever shipping methods you prefer from your carrier.

You can manage settings for both shipping labels, return labels and pick-up points.

Tracking

Your tracking codes are automatically implemented in the fulfillment emails sent to the customers. After the labels have been created the tracked codes are inserted in the templates, so your customers receive them right away.

Pick-up points

Let the customer choose a pick-up point close to them during checkout. The customer can choose between the five pick-up points closest to their shipping address and the package will be delivered to the selected pick-up point where the customer can collect the package at their own convenience.

Shipping to pick-up points is the most widely used shipping method due to the flexibility and the reduced shipping cost.

App doesn't work, so it feels weird to give out contact details for software that doesn't do anything. It says it supports Postnord but, it doesn't even work in this region.

I have been trying to make this app work for the last 2-3 weeks without success. I am just getting error messages and being asked to read some FAQ every time I send the support questions regarding this. I have already read the FAQs and it is to no help. This app would have been great and I was hoping it would be but unfortunately it has just been a big disappointment and waste of time for us.

I am sorry to hear you were not pleased with out app.

We have intentionally build in the error messages to show you exactly what is wrong with a given order, so you can change it before sending the data to your carrier. Weather it being a wrong phone number, an invalid address og incorrect login information to your carrier.
Each error message also have a unique header title you can look up in our supportcenter and get a precise description on how to solve it.
