Very Helpful - Reached out to advise of issue and even fixed it - saved me more time. Like the App.

This app is great and we use the paid features of it however it is significantly slow and a difficult process to edit all your meta tags. The time it takes to go through each tab and meta tags and wait for it to load and save is painfully time consuming. We cant even right-click and open a new meta in each tab to try and speed the process up... All the features are great but a timely manner would save a lot when you have a lot of products.

User friendly interface with many useful features. Really easy to use. Highly recommend for writing meta tags, atl tags for pictures.

Good app to optimize crawl budget. We hope to find soon the possibility to unselect all product pages with argument "/product/example?variant=123" and collection pages "/collection/example?page=2"

I initially had difficulty installing this app because of lack of experience and know how. I reached out to Smart SEO for help. They responded very quickly, made sure that I had installed their app correctly and also did some housecleaning for me that I was not aware of that needed to be done. I am a very satisfied client and would highly recommend their product.

This app is incredibly intuitive to use and their support team goes above and beyond. We just installed it, but can't wait to see how this helps with our search ranking over the next few months!

not quite understand it, seem kind of technical beyond my knowledge

We had tried a couple of SEO apps before, and never had such a great level of support. They checked our site for issues and removed residual code which was causing problems.

I started to use this app for a month now and nothing shows any results or how it is helping my website, when contacting customer service they took a LONG time to reply to my questions and didn't even reply to one of my questions about a overpayment and I had to go the shopify for the answer who then contacted the customer service team to get a reply and customer service team didn't even reply to me at all. Find a better app that will help you and reply to you. Now getting harrast by Milen about me not contacting them when they are aware of why I deleted their app.
I was actually charged twice and it was more than the .46c you say it is , as I was on the one of your plans.. and there was no reply from your company for 4 days so I went to shopify. 2 months on since I have had this app and they were still messaging me, Most companies message you once or twice and then give up- not this company still continued for 2 months, no wonder I didnt reply.
